Leeds Golf Centre
Leeds Golf Centre, England Golf’s Club of the Year 2018, has a relaxed and inclusive atmosphere, so it doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned pro or a complete newbie, you’ll always be greeted with a warm welcome.
We are proud to be the UK home of the David Leadbetter Golf Academy, and to have a number of highly qualified instructors on our team to help you improve your game. One thing we’re passionate about here at Leeds Golf Centre is making the game of golf accessible for anyone and everyone. We don’t believe in the stereotype that golf is just a man’s game, which is why we offer a great range of programmes for juniors and women. We are keen to encourage and help them to progress in the wonderful game of golf, and we really do have something here for everyone.
Here at Leeds Golf Centre, we have two courses to choose from: Wike Ridge and The Oaks. Wike Ridge is the largest and is our championship course. It consists of 18 holes set within stunning woodland scenery and includes many bunkers and breath-taking water hazards. Featuring our impressively long 629-yard second hole, Wike Ridge course is an exhilarating challenge and offers a fantastic golfing experience.
The Oaks is our distinctive par-3 course, and features 12 holes of varying length. The gently undulating greens provide a challenge for players of all abilities, and with fewer hazards than Wike Ridge, it’s a great option for juniors and beginners. It’s also a good choice for more experienced golfers looking to sharpen their iron play.
We offer Footgolf, a concept that combines golf and football, which is easy to play and a great experience for families or corporates looking for an exciting team building exercise. We also play host to a driving range, Pro Shop, putting green, and a golf simulator, so there’s plenty of aspects to Leeds Golf Centre for you to experience. And after a long golfing session, you can go on to enjoy anything from coffee and cakes to a 3-course meal at our Nineteen Bar & Grill. A touch of post-game rest and relaxation will be just what you need to round off your visit.
So come up and see us, and explore Leeds Golf Centre. We truly are The Home of Modern Golf.
