Club overview
Baviera Golf, located on the spurs of Sierra de la Almijara (East of Málaga), lies in a valley boasting an ideal microclimate for the practicing golf. The Golf Club is just 500 meters away form Caleta de Vélez, with its Marina and magnificent beaches, which are among the best on the Costa del Sol.
Our Golf Course has been designed by the prestigious professional golfer José Maria Cañizares. Cañizares is one of our most international and charismatic golfer having won 5 tournaments on European circuits and 2 world championships as well as having participated in the Ryder Cup.
The club is situated only 30 min. away from Málaga airport, on the Málaga- Granada- Almeria highway taking the direct exit (nº 274). Moreover, it will only take you 45 minutes to drive from BAVIERA GOLF to Sierra Nevada, a wonderful place to practice winter sports.
