“Hawarden Golf Club is a fantastic place for both avid golfers and newcomers alike. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, making it easy to connect with fellow members and enjoy a day on the course. The course itself is in excellent condition, with well-maintained fairways and greens that make for an enjoyable round of golf. The staff are incredibly attentive and always willing to help, ensuring that every visit is a pleasant one. One of the highlights is the superb patio area overlooking the putting green and the first tee, offering a lovely view of the 18th green. It’s the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a round, enjoying delicious food and drinks. The pro shop has a good selection of equipment and apparel, and I was particularly impressed with the deals available. Events at the club are well-organized and provide a wonderful opportunity to engage with the community. Overall, Hawarden Golf Club is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great golf experience!”

“I’ve not played this course for about a year but in that time the ground staff have literally worked miracles in converting it into a very fine golf course indeed! The greens now probably some of the best in North Wales/Cheshire. However, beware they are lightning fast.! If you’ve never come across it before then you must play as it’s a little gem and not too expensive. Everyone was so polite and helpful in the clubhouse too.”
