“Absolutely great golf course & range. Well looked after & presented. On the day the clubhouse was not open till 11am however the Pro was very welcoming and was able to make a lovely coffee. The members on the day were very friendly & helpful. The green staff on the course were also friendly & interactive. After golf the catering staff offered to make us some food even though the kitchen was closed. Thoroughly enjoyable day, everyone involved in the club so friendly & helpful. Thank you for having us.”

“Golf course was very well manicured & a pleasure to play. Only Let down .. catering was not open until 11 am so we were unable to eat or have coffee prior to play. On return looking forward to a meal discovered catering closed at 3pm .”

“A Dream Golf Course During a golf trip through the Troon region, we happened upon Kilmacolm Golf Club. In addition to the region's well-known courses, we also wanted to play some lesser-known golf clubs. The welcome in the pro shop was very warm, and all our wishes were fulfilled. The golf course we played subsequently met my expectations in every respect. No two holes are the same, and at the same time, the course offers an impressive natural backdrop. There are slopes, wooded areas, moorland, animals, views, and everything you could wish for from a round of golf in Scotland. The condition of the course was impeccable. My tip for anyone who wants to play something other than a links course: Visit Kilmacolm Golf Club. A links course certainly has its appeal, but personally, I don't remember the holes I've played on links courses very well. On the other hand, I remember almost every single one of the holes here at Kilmacolm.”
