“Absolutely fantastic experience at Nairn Dunbar . From the moment I arrived until I left this course and club ticked all the boxes . Superb routing through the heather and heath . Lovely welcome by the pro and chatted with a few members on way round . Shot 78 off 11 and that obviously helped too !”

“The first thing that stood out to us was how incredibly friendly and welcoming everyone was. One member took the time to give us some fantastic recommendations for our Scotland golf trip, the pro also took the time to chat with us and made sure we felt very welcome. The staff in the clubhouse and restaurant were just as warm and hospitable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived after our round. The course itself is a test, especially off the tee, but always fair and enjoyable, if you manage to stay out of the bushes. The greens were in excellent condition, and the views throughout the round were simply stunning. The layout reminded us a little of Pinehurst, combined with classic links features and strategically placed pot bunkers. Many of the greens funnel balls towards the centre, rewarding creativity around the greens and making the short game both challenging and a lot of fun. Overall, Nairn Dunbar is a fantastic golf course with a wonderful atmosphere. If you’re planning a golf trip to Scotland, it’s definitely a course that deserves a place on your itinerary.”

“Course was in great shape and pace of play was fantastic. Course layout was fun, but be sure and stay out of the thistle or you’ll be hard hunting for your ball! Members and staff were friendly and helpful, you can tell they take pride in their course! Fun merch in the pro shop as well as quality rental clubs. Would definitely play another round here if I was in the area again.”
