“I play here a few times a year, have done for the past 26 years or so. I’ve been told how hard all the staff have worked to get the course in shape recently, and it’s definitely showing, the greens are fantastic, so much better than in previous years, love the course in general, with the mix of coastal holes and more inland holes, I played when the wind was blowing a little, so you need to score on holes 1-7 before you hit the wind off the sea on the 8th, my scoring was very average on the day, but I always enjoy the challenge, and a beer or cider after in the upstairs bar, chatting about what could have been looking over the sea, not a bad way to spend a bit of down time.”

“Great course, mixture of parkland then into links following the beach. Greens in excellent condition and running true, even some green grass on the fairways after all the dry weather. Great value for money for a thoroughly enjoyable course”

“Played a round whilst on holiday in North Wales. Interesting and varied course, excellent greens. Nice mix of links and parkland. Very good condition despite the heat we’ve had, playable and well defined. Dan the new pro very hospitable - thoroughly enjoyed the round in a challenging and picturesque setting. Bar also welcoming and good selection of ales, reasonably priced too. All in all, highly recommended if you’re in the area and different to other courses in the region.”
