Western Gailes Golf Club

“I played Western Gailes a couple of weeks ago and absolutely loved it. A fantastic traditional links course, in superb condition, with some brilliant holes and stunning views. A great test of golf and a first-class experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!”

“What a fantastic test of true Scottish links golf. The course is in immaculate condition with a layout that is unparalleled. The welcome we received was warm and we were greeted as 'members for the day' as opposed to merely 'visitors'. Western Gailes is the jewel in the crown of Ayrshire links golf which is no mean feat when you consider it's peers include Royal Troon, Prestwick and Turnberry!”

“A terrific links course. Played in a day with little wind but wouldn’t appreciate having a card in my hand on a windy day. The 5th, 6th and 7th are just about unmatched links golf. A must play course with a lovely welcome in the clubhouse.”
