Elevate Golf is looking back on a remarkable second year as it fast establishes itself as the golf and tourism industry’s premium event.
From October 26-31, almost 600 delegates – representing more than 200 suppliers and 70 tour operators – took part in Elevate Golf 2025, which began with tour operators gathering in Liverpool to enjoy golf and hospitality on England’s Golf Coast, before being joined by suppliers in St Andrews for the main meetings programme.
Many of the sport’s most renowned and prestigious venues – ranging from bucket-list British and Irish destinations to some of the finest emerging resorts from Europe and beyond - were in attendance to connect with some of the most trusted tour operators in golf.

The Scottish leg of Elevate Golf 2025 was bookended by a welcome drinks’ reception and a spectacular gala dinner to bring an unmissable year to a close. The gala dinner in St Andrews saw David Scott, general manager at Dumbarnie Golf Links, PGA master professional and 2025 captain of The PGA of Great Britain & Ireland, presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award. The honour recognised his outstanding contribution to golf management and development, as well as his exemplary leadership within the PGA and wider golf community.
Leanne Thorpe, director at Elevate Golf, added: “After announcing ourselves to the industry in 2024, we were determined to build on the event this year with more attendees, more incredible golf courses and more social events, and we are delighted to have achieved that goal.
“Attention is already turning to Elevate Golf 2026, where Northern Ireland will be in the spotlight as an incredible host destination.”
